Please contact me first if there's any problem with your order. For me, it is important that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you want to exchange or return my product, please contact me within 10 days of receipt of the goods and we will find a general solution. If you are not satisfied with this decision, as soon as I get back to your product (intact), I'll give you your money. Transportation costs to return the goods by the buyer. If the parcel has been lost by the postal service, I will make a full refund. If the parcel has not been delivered within 40 days from the date of departure I will make a full refund.
